1. Service Overview

Peninsula Trash Valet provides curbside trash and recycling pickup services to residents and vacation homes in Delaware's coastal communities. Our team retrieves your bins from a designated area and returns them after municipal collection.

2. Customer Responsibilities

- Ensure trash and recycling bins are accessible at the designated time and location.

- Properly bag and seal waste before placing it in bins.

- Report any service issues or changes at least 24 hours in advance.

- Maintain safe conditions for our team (e.g., clear walkways, no aggressive pets).

3. Scheduling and Payment

Peninsula Trash Valet operates on a weekly service schedule, with billing options available on a monthly or yearly basis.

- All payments are processed securely through our website using a credit or debit card.

- Customers can choose between monthly or annual plans, which automatically renew unless canceled in advance.

- Service begins once the initial payment is confirmed and continues according to the selected plan.

- Failed or missed payments may result in service interruption until the account is brought current.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Subscription Cancellation:
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard. Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which they will not renew.

Refund Policy:

Annual Plans: Customers who purchase an annual plan are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made within 14 days of the original payment date. After this 14-day window, the plan remains active through the end of the annual term and no refunds will be issued, even if the service is no longer used.

Monthly Plans: Refunds are not issued for monthly subscriptions or renewal payments.

Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in

advance through the user's account settings.

Service Interruption: Failure to maintain an active payment method may result in temporary suspension or

termination of service.

5. Limitations of Liability

Peninsula Trash Valet is not responsible for:

- Damage caused by city or municipal waste collection.

- Items placed inside trash or recycling bins unintentionally.

- Missed service due to inaccessible bins, extreme weather, or natural disasters.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and

continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
